Some of the (allegedly soon to be in UFO news) crucial segments of Dr. Steven Greer's important declarations given to Jay Anderson in a Project Unity interview (premiering Jan 6, 2023) are:
1) Time marker Minute 31 The top people in the classified world tasked (to find out about government UAP research) through the (NDAA) law passed in Congress, were gaslighted when taken places and shown old technology. So they called Dr. Greer to get better information and he started by giving them a dossier with the projects code names and locations, where the facilities are, and which are the contractors, aerospace co., the subcontractors, where is the NW gate in the Nevada Air Force Test Range above Areas 51 & 52. He gave them all this information in a secure facility.
2) Time marker Minute 33 He asked these authorities how much information they wanted and they replied "all of it" and now Dr. Greer is preparing a massive hard drive system, including the names of key whistleblowers, who the contractors are, where the offices are, where are the SCIFS in deep underground military bases. Basically, this is how the proper authorities are finding out about the rogue, not officially supervised projects. Dr. Greer's (briefing) process started around February 2022.
3) Minute 36. There are "white hats" in covert operations - the best guys - but they also are victims and scared to death. Since Dr. Greer "opened the doors to them, they have been on the run" and targeted; put on the "watch group list" or "kill list." Among them, there is a particular man Dr. Greer is working with that has worked in 18 covert UFO programs with NDA for 80 years starting when he was 50.
4) According to Greer, what we hear in the media is not where the best action is. It is more of a "dog & pony show" but in briefings like the one he is giving is where the real action is.
5) Time marker Minute 39: Dr. Greer criticizes Mellon & Elizondo for being vague and saying to the public "we don't know what these things are". In my view, he may be partially correct, but also here his ego may be showing up because he has to deal with Mellon and Elizondo's success whose strategy was allowing politicians and scientists to 'save face' and to make up their own minds by presenting them with the non-human hypotheses and the possibility of a threat to national security among many other possibilities...a more successful strategy than being straightforward and blunt, as Dr. Greer had been for decades, prompting politicians to avoid facing the issue. Also, most likely, Mellon & Elizondo were out of the loop or not read in by the rogue secret cabal controlling the highest developments in the field. And when they came to realize that the proper chain of command & authorities were not being informed and were not in control they started to do the right thing, informing Congress, giving interviews, etc.
Time marker Minute 59: 3) Greer claims that he and his team were involved in helping redact the whistleblower protection clauses which could be considered a "first installment" (of legal provisions).
Greer and team gave access to information to the proper authorities and their investigators (in Congress) but not to AARO. And there are a few dozen people currently operative and some retired in these (covert UAP) programs coming forward. However, they have (or had) first-hand involvement, and have actionable intelligence and documents. Dr. Greer draws the line at not giving out the names of the people that have confided in him.
Time marker Hour 1.13.00 The intelligence archive and information that Greer is preparing could be shared with the world, media, and research world if he receives help with block-chain protection so that it is not taken down. But he is already in the works of providing everything to the proper USG authorities.
Time marker Hour 1.15.00 Greer mentioned that the level of successful retro-engineered (active) technology is not quite on a par with interstellar technology but, nonetheless, it is very advanced. However, at the level of communications and surveillance, that is at the level of transdimensional. The latter is a passive ability to influence and surveil distantly (at least up to the Andromeda Galaxy or further) and in real-time.
Time marker Hour 1.19.00 Since the world is retrenching into conflicts, tribalism, etc, Dr. Greer considers a careful step-by-step release of advanced technologies, starting with energy generation before electrogravitics. He mentions that it is a chicken and egg situation: The more we delay this information coming out, the more the world becomes unstable due to climate change, poverty, pollution, extinction of species, etc. So, energy generation within 20 years would be first. Thereafter, electrogravitics would have to be internationally controlled under a global agreement. But it has to be done carefully in a world in which everyone still is at each other's throats.
Other issues in the video:
Dr. Greer speaks about a human tendency to make ourselves feel better by diminishing others who are different. Xenophobia. And associated with this, is that no ET-NHI are a threat because, if they were, they would have imposed or obliterated us a long time ago, but, since they haven't, they are not. he mentioned that it is the secrecy itself and the sociopathic cabal which is the threat because we need new technologies to shift the energy generation matrix and to save the ecology of the planet before social chaos or extinction.
I agree with the second of his ideas part but - regarding the nature of ET-NHI, Dr. Greer doesn't consider that there may be many different ET-NHI with different interests (some collaborating and some not collaborating) and that, in order to carry on different activities on the same planet, they must agree with each other, for instance on how not to overstep each other's boundaries. This may be the reason why not one of them can impose on the rest and take over. And there would have to be ways to enforce the agreements.
* On this issue, I think that Dr. Greer really knows that some NHI are not good for humanity but that given that he is a Medical Doctor, he would be obliged not to expose people to such a threat during CE-5. Thus, he may have an ethical quandary and need for internal consistency resolved by insisting that all ET-NHI are non-threatening or benevolent. Moreover, if most or all of his CE-5 activities have not been hostile (in spite of possible abductions and induced paralysis during some of them), this may be because: A) Most NHI are in fact not negative, B) The beings he contacted in earlier years are protective, and C) The way CE-5 is conducted projecting friendliness and love in a group coherent way creates a protective, inter- reality, consciousness-based, energy field.
