The Integral Philosopher Ken Wilber is not talking much about ETs but he’s talking about AI, a pseudo conscious intelligent presence challenging human exclusivity in many areas of intelligence. According to Wilber, if about 10% of the population reaches Integral ways of thinking and being they would structure a system capable of accommodating the challenges to human exclusivity both from ET and AI. However, if assimilating the ET presence also relates with a more fundamental “parting of the veils” (ontological perception veils accompanying the human condition regardless of the levels of development recognized in Integral Theory), or of some sort of multidimensional genetic activation or something like that entailing an “upgrade” of sorts, then we could be in for an unprecedented surprise.
